HOW IT WORKS
Once you sign up you will go through an inital questionaie so I can get the information needed to provide you a tailored training program
During the onboarding form I will ask you questions about your training schedule and what phase of the season you are to provide you a tailored training program
I will also provide you different workout splits which you can select which would be fit you about how many times per week you want to train
Depending how many days you want to train will influence your training program inregards to the volume and intensity throughout the week so you are fresh for every training & match
In your training program you will recieve both a gym and speed program which is programmed into 1 weekly schedule
Your gym program will be specific to what equipment and space you have available
You will have udulated volume of all key athletic movements. This is going to incude a wide range of plyometrics, speed, power, strength, hypertrophy and mobility exercises
This is all tailored to you and progressed every single fortnight
In your weekly training schedule, we are going to have speed and conditioning sessions
Speed in football kills but is the first quality that detrains. In your training program we will be training acceleration, max velocity, curvinellar sprinting, agility all while improving your running mechanics
Your conditioning is going to include football specific fitness drills and conditioning drills training to maximise your physiology which underpins football fitness.
Depending on your weekly schedule/phase of the season your conditioning may be on the pitch or off-feet in the gym
Again this is going to be tailored to you and your training schedule. This will be progressed every fortnight
Fueling your body properly is vital for athletic performance and development
With your training program, you will recieve a completely personalised nutrution program which is personalised to your dietary preferences - eg normal, vegan, vegetarian + many more.
Personalised to any allergies/dislikes, location of the world you are in, activity level, personalised around your goals - maintain body weight, build muscle, loose weight
Your nutrution program will also be personalised around how many times you want to eat per day, location of the world and most importantly around football!
On top of all this you are also going to recieve a wide range of additional content from:
- Weekly physiology and mental wellbeing videos
- Evidence proven recovery strategies that you can implement into your day-day life. For example, cold water exposure, sleep and napping, pool sessions, rest days
