ABOUT ME

Everyone's dream is to become a professional footballer but only a few make it. Nowadays the game is much faster and much more physically demanding. To reach the next level you must follow a good strength and conditioning program to improve your speed, agility, jumping, power and strength.  I have been lucky enough to represent my country New Zealand; however I wish I knew the knowledge I know now on how to bridge the gap between sports science and training for optimal athleticism. 


My Names Josh Creswell and I'm a strength and conditioning coach from New Zealand. I have been lucky enough to work with professional footballers helping them reach the next level. Through this I have developed a true understanding of how to elevate players to the next level. My aim is to help as many footballers reach their dream of being a professional athlete, which is why I have put together this high performance football program to help you reach your goal.

You are in a great position to really transform your athleticism. Don’t worry about anything I have a multiple different regressions for less experienced footballers which are going to provide the same training stimulus. I provide videos on how to do each exercise as well as sets, reps, rest & tempos. If you are young, you have a an even bigger opportunity for long-term athletic development .

Have a history of injuries and niggles

As a footballer there is nothing worse then sitting out injured. Strength training plays a major role in an athletes structural integrity to significantly reduce the risk from injuries occurring. I also provide bonus free weekly prehab/rehab exercises which you can add into your training if needed.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a weekly, monthly,  or 1-1 coaching based programming. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you to ensure long term development. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • Is the program available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • I Can't Perform Certain Exercises.

    I have replacement exercises for exercises you may not me able to perform. If you need more, you can email me and I will personally program you a new exercise that is specific to you.

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on my refunds policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for a beginner?

    The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations, and changes in your diet that are constantly updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to progress.
